Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: On any parts sales, generally speaking, we include a 90-day parts replacement warranty. There are NO returns for credits - ONLY replacements on our parts.

For our whole unit computers and laptops, we include a full warranty (either 1yr or 3yr) and include toll free Technical Support between 8:30am and 4:30pm Pacific Time.
